Positive: Parking was exceptional, lovely view from room. Best steak I have eaten for a long time. Staff very friendly and helpful. Hot Springs - wonderful experience in the rain & cold. So very quiet and peaceful. All in all a wonderful two days break away - wish it could have been longer.

Positive: The staff are amazing!! Susie, Jan, Kylie on reception are super cool and helpful! 10/10 ! Thanks so kuch for taking care of me and my disabilities. I shall return! Also TIDES Cafe beside reception are awesome! Aysha and Willow slayed all day!!!!! Jodie is cool also! Good divine! Maybe more bananas? Deep blue hot springs is magical!!!!! Relaxation and Zen! I really appreciate Momma Tonia and Andrea foe looking after me and allowing me to feel my emotions. I even got hugs!!! 18 hot pools!!! You need this in your life!!!

Positive: Convenient with springs attached and restaurant. Great staff. Clean and very comfortable bed. Lots of towels good size shower! Restaurant had great food with a good breakfast menu as well

Negative: A bit overheated in the rooms- difficult to sleep
